Embroidery to your chosen Baseball Cap or other Hat type can be completed in a week or less, after we receive your artwork (or alternatively we can create the artwork for you) we calculate the number of stitches – the average logo is around 5000 to 8000 – then we need to make a disc which contains the programme to control the embroidery machine, this costs £15 per thousand stitches so an average charge is £75 to £120 per design and per position.

Colours can be specified as the nearest match of thread to your Pantone colours and there are thousands of thread colours to choose from.

Printing is another great way to brand baseball caps and hats and depending on the complexity of the design it can often be the best way to achieve the results you need over embroidery.

For printing we need to make a screen for each colour in the artwork and this is around £25.00 per Spot colours or £100 for cmyk full colour.
